Placing your Order:
Please email us at annabellingerieshop@gmail.com with your details of:
Name, contact number, postal address and item code (with color if applicable).
After receiving your order, we will reply you with an email confirmation on the availability of the item(s) and the total payable amount together with our bank details within 24 hours.
Payment:
Please make full payment within three (3) working days from the date of our email confirmation. We will reserve your order for 3 working days until the full payment is made. If we do not receive your payment within the said 3 working days, all reservations will then be released.
Once payment is made, kindly send your transaction detail to our email at annabellingerieshop@gmail.com so that we can process your order.
Delivery:
Once payment is received and confirmed, the estimated parcel arrival will be 1 to 3 working days from the nearest day of postage.

Customers are to bear all delivery/postage charges.
